Butter Lettuce and
Olive Panzanella with Tartufo Salami

Crispy croutons, buttery lettuce, and a burst of radicchio, all topped with the rich umami of truffle-infused salami. A drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of finely grated parmesan, and a touch of ranch dressing to complete.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chub Olli Salumeria Olli Tartufo Salami

  • 1 small loaf of bread or package of croutons

  • Olive oil (to preference)

  • 1 container butter lettuce and/or mixed greens

  • 1 small head radicchio, torn and rinsed ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 small block hard cheese like parmesan, finely grated

  • 1 jar ranch dressing

Instructions:

  1. Start by cutting your salami in semi thin slices, only pulling the casing back enough to cut as you go.

  2. Next, cut a few large chunks of bread and add to a small bowl, drizzling with some olive oil. Set aside or toast in oven for a light crouton like crunch; up to you!

  3. In a large salad bowl, add all the rest of the ingredients, using only as much dressing as you like to taste.

  4. Toss, and top with your Olli Salumeria Olli Tartufo Salami and bread pieces and enjoy!
